Hayes & Yeading boss Gary Haylock has called on the Football Conference to award them the points from Saturday's abandoned game with Gateshead.
It was called off after a goalless 75 minutes as Gateshead's Martin Brittain suffered a broken leg.
Haylock told BBC London 94.9: "The ref made the decision to carry on the game.
"The Gateshead players refused to come out of the dressing room. There can only be one decision, we're awarded the points - we win the game and move on."
He continued: "They were understandably upset by their team-mate's injury but the game was not called off because of the serious injury - it was called off because the Gateshead players refused to come out of the dressing room.
"I would have a huge problem with [replaying the game] because we're a part-time club. We've got players who are working - some players might not be able to make the game."
Tynesiders boss Ian Bogie said: "The players were shell-shocked at what had happened to one of their team-mates.
"They had sat around in the dressing room for almost half a game and were in no frame of mind to play football."
Meanwhile Bogie was able to give an update on the condition of winger Martin Brittain following the abandonment.
Brittain, 24, underwent an operation for a broken tibia and fibia and the former Port Vale and Newcastle midfielder Bogie admitted the injury had a psychological impact on the player.
"He's very down - it's a bad injury - but he's got to remain positive," he told BBC Newcastle's Total Sport.
"He's a fit lad and I hope he will make a full return to fitness."
The decision whether to replay the game or award the three points to United will be made by the Conference board in the next few days.
