Hartlepool United have withdrawn a winding up petition against Billingham Town ahead of the hearing that was due to take place on Thursday.
The petition was initially served by the League One club in a dispute over claimed unpaid bills, relating to use of Town's Bedford Terrace ground.
Pools have previously used the venue to host their home reserve team matches.
However Teesside Combined Court confirmed to BBC Tees that the hearing would now no longer take place.
