Kissock played 11 times for Gretna in the Scottish Premier League
Hamilton have completed the signing of midfielder John Paul Kissock and have also added full-backs Luis Rubiales and Kevin Welsh to their squad.
Kissock, 19, had a previous stint in the Scottish Premier League with Gretna and was recently released by Everton.
Rubiales was with Alicante last term and Welsh, once of St Johnstone, has joined from Harestanes AFC.
Meanwhile, recent Accies captures Izzy Iriekpen and Flavio Paixao have received international clearance.
But Marco Paixao, Flavio's twin brother, has not received clearance in time to feature in Saturday's Scottish Premier League opener against Kilmarnock.
Liverpool-born Kissock, who made 11 appearances for Gretna in 2008, last season played five times while on loan to League Two outfit Accrington Stanley.
Accies manager Billy Reid has wasted no time in strengthening his squad with cash accumulated from the sale of James McCarthy to Wigan Athletic, Brian Easton to Burnley and Joel Thomas to Colchester United.
And the club's finances have been further boosted by their latest sponsorship deal with Nigerian company Shoreline Energy International.
