Marco and Flavio Paixao were playing their football in Spain

Hamilton Accies have signed 24-year-old Portuguese twins Marco and Flavio Paixao, both strikers.

The brothers were playing in Spain, Marco with Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa and Flavio with Benidorm.

Marco scored twice in Hamilton's recent 2-1 win over UCD in Dublin, while Flavio has impressed in closed-doors fixtures this week.

Accies boss Billy Reid said: "I have been very impressed with them in games and training. Their attitude is good."
