Ebbsfleet United defender James Smith has insisted his side must recover quickly from their FA Trophy exit if they are to avoid the relegation fight.
The Fleet go into Tuesday's game at Salisbury in 20th place in the Blue Square Premier, but they do have games in hand on the teams around them.
Smith told BBC Radio Kent: "We've got to put our disappointment behind us and pick ourselves up.
"We've got a lot of games coming up now until the end of the season."
The Fleet were hoping to successfully defend the FA Trophy but they were knocked out 4-2 on aggregate by Stevenage Borough at the semi-final stage.
Smith said he thought his team would now be determined to salvage their season in the league.
He added: "We're pretty confident. We'll get ourselves together, get back in training and go on from there.
"I think it will spur us on even more after that little disappointment.
"We've just got to keep on winning, that's the main thing. I don't think you've got to get drawn into how many points you get.
"We've got to be as a team, play as a team and we'll win as a team."
