Daish's Ebbsfleet currently lie 13th in the Blue Square Premier
Ebbsfleet United boss Liam Daish says too few of his fringe players are providing meaningful competition for first-team places.
Daish wants to freshen up his side following defeat at Cambridge United, which ended a three-game unbeaten run.
But he told BBC Radio Kent: I look at the options but the players on the sidelines haven't shown me they're going to make it any better.
"They've got to start showing me a little bit more in training."
He added: It's all right waiting for me to change things when I've had a poor display or a poor result but I'd like to see people putting bigger seeds in my head regarding changing things around.
"I'm not seeing enough at the moment to make me want to shuffle the pack and that needs addressing."
