Luke Moore is claiming Ebbsfleet United's first goal on Saturday even though it was credited to Michael Gash.

Debutant Gash looked to have given the Fleet a 10th-minute lead in the 2-2 draw with Mansfield.

But Moore told BBC Radio Kent it was him who got the final touch: "It hit the post, hit the goalie, and I don't think it would have gone in.

"I think the goalie was getting back, so I tapped it in from three yards. It was the goal of the season."

Moore also claimed Gash told Moore he could keep the goal at the time.
