Gillingham boss Mark Stimson calls for focused approach

Gillingham boss Mark Stimson has called for his players to remain focused ahead of crucial games in their fight for League One survival.
The Gills face two fellow strugglers over the crucial Easter period, first visiting Oldham on Saturday then facing Southend at Priestfield on Monday.
Stimson told BBC Radio Kent: "If we can win both it will go a long way to ensuring our survival.
"It's vital we're patient and remain focused throughout."
Gillingham twice came from behind to draw 2-2 at home with MK Dons on Saturday and in doing so reached 40 points for the season - two more than Tranmere who occupy the nearest relegation place.
Stimson added: "We showed the character and commitment we'll need in our remaining fixtures.
"Dennis Oli was distraught at his sending-off because he's just hit a rich vein of form. I thought the decision was harsh."
