Bogie has signed six players for Gateshead this summer
Gateshead boss Ian Bogie remains open to the prospect of new signings at the International Stadium before the end of the transfer window.
Bogie has already signed six players this summer and stated further business could happen if the player is right.
"If anyone becomes available who I think will improve the squad then definitely," Bogie told BBC Newcastle.
"We're still looking, there might be one or two coming in to play for the reserves who we'll have a look at."
The players to arrive on Tyneside this summer include goalkeeper Tim Deasy from Barrow, former Mansfield full-back Paul Heckingbottom and ex-Hartlepool centre-back Ben Clark, winger Craig Nelthorpe from York and strikers Jon Shaw, also of Mansfield, and unattached Gary Mulligan.
Meanwhile Gateshead's impressive start to the Blue Square Bet Premier season was tempered on Tuesday night with a 2-0 defeat by Fleetwood Town at the International Stadium.
However Bogie is unconcerned by the club's first defeat of the new season, given the form shown in the previous three games.
"Prior to the game tonight we've created chances at Forest Green, we've created a lot of chances down at Barrow, scored three goals, we scored a goal at Forest Green, we've lost one game," Bogie continued.
"It's not a concern, if we go five or six games then it'll be a concern, we'll have a look at things.
"We're disappointed, but we're not going to be downbeat, we've won one, drawn two and lost one, and if we'd have got a good result tonight. we'd have been talking about a great start.
"However we've lost, so we'll see it as a satisfactory start to the season and we'll go down to Darlington, not low on confidence, football's about reactions and I expect a reaction at Darlington."
