Forest Green sign Mansfield Town's Craig Armstrong
Armstrong played for Cheltenham in the League Two play-off final in 2006
Forest Green Rovers have signed veteran defender Craig Armstrong on loan from Mansfield for the rest of the season.
The 34-year-old, who had two spells at Cheltenham, joined the Stags last summer and has made 19 appearances.
Mansfield can recall the former Huddersfield and Sheffield Wednesday man after 28 days.
Rovers have also confirmed winger Paul Lloyd has left the club. He spent the early part of the season out on loan at Blue Square North side Workington.
