Exeter City fought back from two goals down to secure a 2-2 draw against Torquay in their behind-closed-doors friendly at St James Park on Tuesday.
The Gulls had taken a clear first-half lead after goals from Eunan O'Kane and Elliot Benyon.
But the Grecians worked hard to amend the deficit after the break, with Chris Shephard and Kyle Bassett both hitting the target to level the score.
Torquay defender Chris Robertson sat out the match as a precaution.
Paul Buckle's men will now face Weston-Super-Mare in their penultimate pre-season match on Wednesday, kick-off 1945 BST.
