Exeter City striker Richard Logan is close to signing a new deal with the Grecians, following their promotion to League One.
The 27-year-old, who scored the goal to clinch their second consecutive promotion, had been the subject of speculation about his future.
He told BBC Radio Devon: "I had a meeting with Paul [Tisdale, boss] and he offered me a deal for next season.
"So hopefully we'll manage to get it signed and sealed next week."
The former Weymouth forward has scored four goals during the 2008/9 season.
