Doncaster have moved quickly to replace departing Matt Mills by bringing in defenders Byron Webster and Mustapha Dumbuya after successful trials.
Webster, 22, has signed for an undisclosed fee from Czech side FK Siad Most on a two-year deal.
The Leeds-born centre-half began his career at York City and Harrogate before heading to Czech football.
Dumbaya, 21, joins Rovers having spent his career so far in non-league football, most recently with Grays.
