Derby County have signed Latvian midfielder Andrejs Pereplotkins and Serbian striker Aleksandar Prijovic.

Former Southampton player Pereplotkins, 23, impressed manager Paul Jewell during a pre-season 2-2 draw with Dutch side FC Utrecht.

Prijovic, 18, is a Serbia under-19 international but was born in St Gallen, Switzerland.

He was with Italian side Parma last season but rejected an offer from them to join Derby County.
