Dagenham and Redbridge midfielder Richard Graham has said he is glad to be back in the side, after missing almost a year through injury.

The 29-year-old joined the Daggers from Barnet in June 2007, but made just four starts last season.

Graham played the full 90 minutes in the Johnstone Paint Trophy victory over his former club on Tuesday.

He told BBC Essex: "I'm back, I'm feeling good and hopefully I can force my way into the team."
