Gradi's side have won all three of their friendly matches so far

Crewe Alexandra manager Dario Gradi will decide the future of his five trialists after the friendly against West Bromwich Albion on Tuesday.

Chris Stokes, Danny Blanchett, Adam Dugdale, Lewis Short and Jimmy McCarthy all played a part in Crewe's 8-1 victory over Lancaster on Friday.

"We'll have a look at them on Tuesday and then make a decision on some of them," Gradi told BBC Radio Stoke.

"I'll maybe play some of the trialists for a little bit longer."

He continued: "After that I'll start picking the best team available as I see it at that time."

Dugdale, Short and McCarthy all found the net against Lancaster, along with Shaun Miller, Clayton Donaldson [2], Matt Tootle and Danny Shelley to complete a convincing victory.
