Crewe captain Mat Mitchel-King says he is close to returning to action after a month out with back and ankle injuries.
The 26-year-old defender strained ankle ligaments in the 3-0 win over Darlington on 23 January and then aggravated a long-term back complaint.
"I was sprinting and my back went again, so that put me back a couple of weeks," he told BBC Radio Stoke.
"I'm at the tail end of it all now and hopefully I should be back playing in the run-in."
The former Histon man has suffered with a herniated disc since his time with non-league side.

"It is an ongoing problem that I'm trying to rectify and stop from happening again in the future," he added.
Mitchel-King could make his return for the Alex in Saturday's trip to Lincoln.
