Michael Mifsud had not scored in three months before Saturday's winner
Coventry City boss Chris Coleman has challenged Michael Mifsud to find the net more often after his match winner against Blackpool on Saturday.
"If he does that more often, then he will be a really good player and he needs more consistency," Coleman told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire.
"Mifsud has got great pace but he needs to work on his final pass and his decision making."
Mifsud, 27, had not found the net since mid-October before Saturday's strike.
The Maltese international scored 17 goals for the Sky Blues last season, including his brace in the 2-0 Carling Cup win at Old Trafford against Manchester United.
But he started this season out of favour after a proposed summer move to Bristol City fell through.
Having finally found their feet at the Ricoh with a third straight home win, Coleman's men have now lost just once in their last nine league and cup games.
And they have risen to 13th in the Championship table ahead of Saturday's FA Cup fourth round date at non-league Torquay United.
