It might not be pretty - Coleman

Coventry City boss Chris Coleman says entertaining football is not on the Ricoh Arena agenda on Tuesday night.

The Sky Blues ended a two-match losing sequence with a battling 1-0 win at Sheffield Wednesday at the weekend.

But, ahead of Tuesday's clash with Swansea City, Coleman's men have picked up just one home point in four games.

And he told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: "If our supporters are going to expect a pretty game from us then maybe they shouldn't turn up."

City's victory at Hillsborough was a second successive away win following the 1-0 midweek triumph at Birmingham (also won by a second-half strike from Clinton Morrison) at the start of November.

And Coleman is looking for more of Saturday's efforts on home soil this time as Coventry bid to improve a worrying record that has seen them pick up just 11 points at the Ricoh this season out of a possible 27.

"It may not be a pretty game on Tuesday but I don't care about that," Coleman added. "I just care about getting another result.

"We try to entertain and we've got done on sucker-punches.

"This is a good Swansea City team, they play good football and they pass it a lot.

"We've got to make sure they work very hard for anything that they get from us."
