Colchester United have have completed the signing of Dagenham and Redbridge defender Magnus Okuonghae.
The centre-back missed just one league game last season as the Daggers pushed for a League Two play-off place.
Okuonghae, 23, has signed a two-year deal and although he is out of contract the U's will have to pay compensation.
He is the third defender to join Colchester this summer, following the signings of Alan Maybury and Lee Beevers last month.
