Colchester United boss Paul Lambert has said his side needs to create more goalscoring opportunities if they are to earn the results they deserve.
The U's slipped to 20th in League One after losing 2-0 to Walsall, despite having more than their fair share of possession at the Community Stadium.
Lambert told BBC Essex: "The effort was there and a lot of possession.
"But it's no good just playing possession, you've got to turn that into goals and we never got them."

"You have to pick yourself up and whether you win, lose or draw you go again in the following game," he said.
