New Colchester United manager Paul Lambert has identified their defending as one area for immediate attention.
Lambert took charge of the League One club on Monday, but watched his side lose 4-3 at Cheltenham on Saturday.
He told BBC Essex whilst being able to score goals was not a problem for the U's, conceding them was.
"If there's only one goal in the game and you don't [need] defenders you will be fine, but you have to defend your goal when under pressure," he said.

Despite the defeat and the U's current position of 21st in the table, Lambert said he was looking forward to the challenge ahead of him.
"There's some really good things here and the lads needed a manager - whether it was me or not, it didn't matter - to pull them through.
"Myself and my backroom staff will give this a right good go."
Lambert's first match in charge will be their away trip to Stockport on Saturday.
