Colchester United defender Matt Heath said the side could take some positives from their defeat by Leicester City.
The U's went down 1-0 to the Foxes at the Community Stadium, where they are yet to record their first win.
Heath told BBC Essex: "Each game depends on little moments where someone puts it in the net or makes a good save, and they got that moment first.
"I don't think we should be too down in the dumps, but should take as many positives out of it as we can from it."
The 26-year-old also praised his side's fortitude against a team widely-tipped to return to the Championship.
"We've got to take credit that we didn't crumble and let the second goal in," he said.

"We kept going and had a belief in the team that we could get a point, but it just wasn't to be."
The result leaves Colchester in 17th in League One.
