Barry Hayles hit a winner in the fifth minute of injury-time as Cheltenham secured a dramatic win over Colchester.

Anthony Wordsworth capitalised on a defensive mix-up to give Colchester the lead but a Darren Kenton looping header restored parity.

Wordsworth's second from a Mark Yeates pull-back and a Johnnie Jackson deflected shot made it 3-1 to the U's.

However, Lloyd Owusu and then a Stuart Fleetwood penalty drew Town level before Hayles poked in the late winner.
