Chesterfield boss Lee Richardson is to appeal against an improper conduct charge from the Football Association.
The charge relates to the Spireites' 3-1 League Two defeat to Lincoln City at Sincil Bank on 18 October.
Richardson was ordered to watch the second half of the match from the stands after confronting the match officials during half time.
In a statement Richardson said he denies the charge and has sought advice from the League Managers Association.
