Chesterfield manager Richardson has 11 days to respond to the charge

Chesterfield manager Lee Richardson has been charged with improper conduct by the FA.

The charge relates to the Spireites' 3-1 League Two defeat to Lincoln at Sincil Bank on 18 October.

Richardson was ordered to watch the second half of the match from the stands after confronting the match officials during half-time.

Richardson, whose side are currently 12th in League Two, has until 10 November to respond to the charge.
