FA Cup will tide us over - Baker
Cheltenham Town are set to avoid a cash flow crisis thanks to around £50,000 earned from this season's FA Cup run.
Town have lost gate receipts through their last two home matches being postponed because of a frozen pitch.
"We invested over £10,000 in frost covers at the start of the season, they haven't worked - there's nothing we could do," said chairman Paul Baker.
"Fortunately we've had the FA Cup run, the gate receipts from the Southampton game that at least will tide us over."
The club has re-arranged the Southend game, which was originally abandoned on 2 November because of a floodlight failure and then postponed four weeks later, for Tuesday, 14 December.
A new date for the Lincoln City game from last Saturday is still to be set.
Even though the matches will still be played Baker said the club would suffer from the postponements.
He told BBC Points West: "It does really impact upon the cash flow, you rely on your gate receipts - for us they're still our most important source of revenue.
"When you lose a game on a Saturday, it's a major blow and the double whammy is you lose that gate and then the re-arranged game on a Tuesday night the gates are that much lower.
"I reckon losing a Saturday game costs us about £10,000."
