Bassi has been training with Claudio Ranieri's side this week, according to the Daily Mail. Boca Juniors, who played in England for the first time when they took on Manchester United last week, are keen to loan Bassi out to increase his experience. Chelsea would be happy with a loan deal, which would allow them to add cover for defenders John Terry, Marcel Desailly and William Gallas without breaking the bank. Bassi is highly-rated at Boca and could tie up a Stamford Bridge deal this week, according to the Mail. |
