Brabin's side are eight games undefeated in the Blue Square Premier
Cambridge United boss Gary Brabin says his side must continue to show that they have the belief to win automatic promotion back to the Football League.
The U's moved above Histon in second in the Blue Square Premier table following Saturday's win over leaders Burton.
Brabin told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "We've just got to keep winning games, Burton's job isn't done, they haven't won anything yet.
"If we keep winning football matches, you never know what could happen."
The U's are currently 11 points behind Burton in the table having played two more matches.
Goals from Scott Rendell and Robbie Wilmott proved the difference in Saturday's match at the Abbey, but Brabin reserved special praise for keeper Danny Potter.
The U's stopper has been at fault for goals in the past two matches, but bounced back with a clean sheet against Burton.
"We've never had any doubts about Danny Potter, you have to judge people over a season and he's done brilliantly for us," Brabin said.
Midfielder Andy Parkinson made his first appearance for the U's since damaging cruciate knee ligaments back in August.
The 29-year-old only arrived at the Abbey over the summer, and Brabin says his return represents a remarkable personal achievement.
"I was delighted for Andy Parkinson because we've felt every inch of his pain since the first game of the season.
"He's work unbelievably hard to make it back to full fitness before the end of the season."
