With five games to go and City at the top of the Championship, Robinson is excited about the possibility of Premier League football next season.
"I have schlepped my way round so many dreadful football grounds for the last 30 years," he said.

"So many afternoons shivering in blitzed environments watching us squeeze out a goal less draw and hating every minute of it even though I loved it.
"The idea that we can be going to Old Trafford and Anfield and the Villa is just so exciting."
Pete Budd and Tommy Banner from The Wurzels are also looking forward to a return to the Robins' glory days.
"That would bring back memories of 1976, when City won promotion to the old First Division and we were number one in the charts," said accordion player Banner.
"We've got every chance this year because we've got the best manager we've ever had.
"We've been in the dressing room a few times and the atmosphere is exactly the same as it was in 1976 - all the boys are together."
