Fagan keen to stay
Birmingham City striker Craig Fagan says he would be happy to stay on at Bristol City if the Blues agree to an extension to his loan deal.

The 20-year-old joined Danny Wilson's side earlier this month on a four-week deal and says he has settled in well.

"I've been happy with my form, although I haven't had the best of luck with my finishing so far," he told the Robins' website.

I know Birmingham are monitoring my progress

"There's a great bunch of lads here and I was surprised by the volume of the support the team received away at Blackpool.

"I know Birmingham are monitoring my progress.

"If they are ready to extend my loan and Bristol City want me to stay, then there won't be a problem."

Fagan's initial month with City expires at the Notts County game on Saturday week.

Meanwhile, Robins chief executive Colin Sexstone said the club are hoping to fly to China for two pre-season games in the summer.

City have received an official invitation from the State government and Football Association of Guangzhou - the Chinese city twinned with Bristol.

Sexstone said a sponsor to cover air fares needed to be found but added: "I don't think that will be a problem.

"The chances of it going ahead are much better than even."
