Brighton striker Glenn Murray aiming for career high
Glenn Murray is Brighton's top scorer this season with 20 League Two goals
Brighton striker Glenn Murray says that winning promotion from League One would be the highlight of his career so far.
The Seagulls will secure a place in the Championship for next season if they beat Dagenham & Redbridge at Withdean Stadium this Tuesday night.
And Murray admits: "I got back-to-back promotions at Carlisle but going up to the Championship would be the best yet.
"We've got to keep calm and believe in our own and each others' ability," the 27-year-old told BBC Sussex.
"We've got certain rules we've stuck to all year. As long as we adhere to those, we should be fine."
Despite being 13 points clear at the top of League One, champions elect Brighton will have to wait a little longer to wrap up the title.
But, if they win and second-placed Southampton fail to win at play-off chasing Rochdale on Tuesday night, Albion could have their hands on the silverware before they meet Saints at the Withdean on Saturday week (23 April).
"Every year you set out at the start of the season to be near the top," added 20-goal top scorer Murray.
"We've been sitting on the top for some time now and we do want to stay there until the end."
