| Friday, 9 August, 2002, 16:08 GMT 17:08 UK Brentford sign trio ![]() Roget impressed while on trial for Brentford Brentford have bolstered their squad by signing Jamie Fullarton, Leo Roget and Ibrahima Sonko. All impressed manager Wally Downes while on trial at the club and have joined Brentford on a non-contract basis. Fullarton played in the pre-season friendlies against Ipswich and Millwall, while Roget also played against the Lions. Roget, 25, is a central defender who has League experience during spells with Reading, Southend and Stockport. Fullarton, 28, has played for Dundee United, St Mirren, Crystal Palace and Bolton. Frenchman Sonko graduated from St Etienne's academy and has played for Grenoble. |
