Whaley has started just three league games since joining Norwich
Bradford City have signed Norwich winger Simon Whaley on a short-term loan until 2 January.
The 24-year-old goes straight into the squad for Saturday's match at home to Accrington Stanley.
Whaley, who has scored 28 career goals so far and can play on either wing, began his career at Bury before moving to Preston.
He was signed by Norwich in July 2009 and has spent the last two months on loan at Rochdale.
Dale were unable to agree a deal to extend his loan at Spotland, paving the way for Bradford manager Stuart McCall to bring him to Valley Parade.
With injuries to Peter Thorne, Michael Boulding, Leon Osborne and Omar Daley, McCall has been trying to add to his attacking options, and will hope Whaley is the answer.
