Norwich City midfielder Simon Whaley will spend a second month at League Two side Rochdale.
The 24-year-old's loan deal initially started in September but Rochdale have extended the loan period until the middle of November.
The former Bury, Preston and Barnsley man has played four games for Dale, scoring one goal.
Whaley made six appearances in all competitions for the Canaries before moving to Rochdale.
