Baker says he is delighted with his managerial pairing
Bournemouth owner and chairman Paul Baker says he hopes to complete the sale of the club within the next month.
Baker told BBC Radio Solent he has been talking to four interested parties, one of them the consortium led by local businessman Adam Murry.
Baker has also offered manager Eddie Howe an extension to his contract, which expires at the end of the season.
"I told him and (assistant) Jason Tindall I thought I was looking at the new Clough and Taylor," Baker said.
"I'm happy to give him a new contract. What they've done in such a short space of time is miraculous.
"There were doubters out there who thought they were coming in with very little experience, but they've galvanised support, they've galvanised the team, and they've taken this siege mentality and got on with the job."
Howe replaced Jimmy Quinn as boss on New Year's Eve, and the Cherries secured their Football League status on Saturday with a 2-1 win against Grimsby at Dean Court.
