Barnet have appointed former Bees manager Peter Shreeves as a coach as they look to turn around a disastrous run of form.
The 69-year-old ex-Tottenham and Sheffield Wednesday boss was in charge at Underhill between 2002 and 2004.
The Bees have not won in League Two since October, and are in 18th place.
Bees boss Ian Hendon, who Shreeves signed as a player in 2002, told BBC London 94.9: "I am a young manager, I am ambitious and I want to learn."
He continued: "I've worked with him over the years and I've been a player with him at three different clubs.
"He is going to bring a wealth of experience with him, and from my point of view as a manager, his experience is going to be invaluable to me.

"He is keen to get out on the training ground and get to work with the players.
"Peter has been in the game a long time and if I can take anything from him, I will be delighted.
"There are no airs and graces with him and I'm really pleased to have him with us."
Shreeves was director of football at Blue Square Premier side Grays this season.
