Aldershot manager Kevin Dillon says he is pleased with what he has achieved during his first year in charge.
Dillon led the Shots to the League Two play-off semi-finals last season, and they currently sit four points off the play-off places.
Dillon told BBC Surrey: "It's been good and I've enjoyed it. We've brought better players in this season.
"We're ticking along just outside the play-offs and there's the potential of a cup run."
He added: "Getting to the play-off semi-final was an amazing achievement.

"I'm happy with the squad, the chairman, the fans and things are progressing.
"We're definitely kicking above our weight without a shadow of a doubt."
The Shots travel to Macclesfield Town on Saturday, who are directly below them in the table.
"They're on a good run at the moment so it will be a hard game," Dillon said. "Hopefully we'll get a win."
