Aldershot Town winger Jermaine McGlashan says he will look to emulate his hero Theo Walcott on the pitch.
The 22-year-old has been used sparingly by Shots boss Kevin Dillon, making four substitute appearances this season.
McGlashan told BBC Surrey: "He was used as an impact player at the beginning and has now got a starting place."
"He's quite quick so I base my game on him. I'm enjoying coming in and playing. I want to get more minutes in but it's all experience."
He added: "I've come on a few times and shown what I can do. But the gaffer knows what he's doing.

"I'm playing with no fear but obviously I've still got a lot to learn. I'm working on my end product more and more in training."
