Aldershot boss Kevin Dillon slams 'derisory' offers
Dillon said the players involved were informed of the offers
Aldershot boss Kevin Dillon has dismissed offers for two of his star players, describing them as "derisory".
Reports suggest the club received offers for striker Marvin Morgan and winger Scott Donnelly, but Dillon would not confirm the players involved.
The Shots boss told BBC Surrey: "The offers are absolutely embarrassing, absolutely derisory.
"The two players have been informed and they feel insulted as well by what's been offered for them."
He added: "They were faxed through to the office and I wouldn't even reply to them because it's a derisory offer.
"It's from a club in a higher division. They've watched a lot of the games and come up with these offers but they wouldn't pay for the right toe of one of the players, never mind his whole body.
"It's not just the monetary value; you need to replace players if you do sell them and at the moment I've got absolutely no intention of selling any of our players, none at all."
However, Dillon conceded he is looking to send midfielder Bobby Hopkinson and goalkeeper Clark Masters out on loan to get match experience.
