Louie Soares' late equaliser gave Aldershot a point against league leaders Rochdale.
The visitors had the better of the first half with Chris Dagnall twice testing Mikhael Jaimez-Ruiz from range.
After the restart Aldershot went close three times with John Grant's shot turned behind being their best effort.
Dagnall finally put Rochdale ahead after being set up by O'Grady, before Soares poked in an equaliser with three minutes to go.
Aldershot boss Kevin Dillon told BBC Surrey:
"I'm very pleased. I think the performance was a lot better second half, we changed it and went two upfront.
"That's my preferred system but the players have got to be right. It was a bit of a gamble and it worked, we put a lot more pressure on them and we got the goal in the end."
