Austin Friel's goal secured all three points for Dungannon |
Managerless Glenavon stumbled to an ninth successive league defeat as Dungannon came from behind to win. The Lurgan side scored the opener in the 14th minute when David Bracken chested the ball down and volleyed in from the edge of the penalty area.
But Dungannon bossed the second half and equalised on 67 minutes through Adam McMinn who netted after Niall McGinn's effort had came off a post.
Austin Friel scored the winning goal for Dungannon in the 80th minute.
That made it back-to-back wins for Harry Fay's Swifts following their 4-1 victory over Coleraine on Saturday.
They are at home to Newry City on Friday night while Glenavon face a daunting trip to in-form Ballymena on Saturday.
