Kevin McHugh's 55th-minute equaliser earned Derry City a point in Friday night's Eircom Premier League game with Shamrock Rovers at the Brandywell. Rovers had led 1-0 at half-time thanks to a 28th-minute opener by Rovers midfielder David Cassidy.
The Candystripes were again without a number of injured players for their final home league game of the season and remain seventh in the league table.
They complete their league campaign with a trip to Longford Town next week.
