One of several Danish stars playing in Italy, Martin Jorgensen joined Udinese after netting 14 goals in 86 appearances for Danish side AGF Aarhus. Jorgensen wears the number 10 shirt for Denmark but is versatile enough to play on the wing, as a second striker or in an attacking midfield role.
A skilful dribbler and assured passer, he has been one of Udinese's most consistent performers since moving to Italy six years ago.
Jorgensen has a disappointing goalscoring record but it was his cool finish in the 1-1 draw with Bosnia-Herzegovina which sealed Denmark's qualification.
Group C rivals Italy will certainly not take Jorgensen's abilities lightly - the Dane starred for Udinese as they defeated both Milan and Inter at the San Siro this season.
The 28-year-old is approaching the peak of his career and will be desperate to showcase his talents in Portugal.
Did you know? Jorgensen scored twice in Denmark's 3-2 win against England in a friendly in 2003.
