Chelmsford have signed right-back Justin Miller following his departure from Rushden & Diamonds.
South African-born Miller, 30, returns for a second spell with the Clarets in order to play part-time football.
Meanwhile the Blue Square Bet South side have signed former Bishop's Stortford goalkeeper Nicky Eyre.
Young midfielders Craig Parker and Max Cornhill have also joined Chlemsford, from Needham Market and East Thurrock United respectively.
Defender Ollie Rowe has left the Clarets and returned to Eastbourne Borough.
