Tonbridge Angels are just one game away from promotion to Blue Square Bet South for the first time in their history after a 3-2 extra-time win over Harrow.
The Angels went 2-0 up inside 21 minutes through Chris Piper and Scott Kinch before Harrow levelled with two goals from Rocky Baptiste.
Ade Olorunda grabbed the Tonbridge winner in the 110th minute.
The Kent side will have home advantage when they face Lowestoft in the Ryman Premier play-off final on 7 May.
Manager Tom Warrilow told BBC Radio Kent: "I think we deserve it and I'm delighted we're through to the final hurdle.
I've just taken great pleasure in telling the lads that I'll see them at training on Thursday

"I think we should have been out of sight in the first half - we had some really good chances.
"It's great to go 2-0 but the next goal's important. They got it and they're back in the game and it gave them a lift.
"We had to dig in, we knew it wasn't going to be easy - they're a very athletic fit side but I can't ask anymore from my boys - they've actually run themselves into the ground and no-one's moaned.
"They've got on with it and over the season I think we deserve it and I'm delighted we've gone through to the final hurdle.
"I've just taken great pleasure in telling the lads that I'll see them at training on Thursday.
"Come Saturday it'll hit home again that we're at the end of a long long season.
"There's the finishing line - let's give another performance like that.
"I think it's going to be hard to find pretty football out there - you'll get little patches of it but really this is about winning games - getting a result no matter how."
