Daish's side were relegated from the Blue Square Premier last season
Ebbsfleet United's goalless draw at Thurrock was enough to secure them a Blue Square Bet South play-off place with a game to spare.
Manager Liam Daish told BBC Radio Kent: "I'm over the moon. It's been a long season and we've got something for our hard work.
"I'm delighted for the players and fans that our season is extended. We've got a chance to get back where we were."
Defeats for Welling and Dover have left them struggling to make the play-offs.
Welling lost 3-1 to champions Braintree so they are relying on another team to slip up for them to get into the play-offs.
Dover Athletic are practically out of the running after they were thrashed 4-0 by Dartford.
I can't believe what I've just seen. The players have a picked a hell of a day to come and perform like that
Dover boss Martin Hayes
It means the Whites have to beat St Albans by at least four goals and rely on two teams dropping points.
"It was shocking. It was a really shocking shocking performance," Dover boss Martin Hayes told BBC Radio Kent.
"I can't believe what I've just seen. The players have a picked a hell of a day to come and perform like that.
"It was disgraceful, we've all let the fans down, we've all had a shocking day.
"What was looking to be a good season has fallen away in one day.
"I'm amazed what I've seen from my players, especially when there's so much at stake."
Hayes berated his team on the field at one point - but he says his players deserved it.
"I'm angry with the way they've played and I want to tell them," he said.
"And if they want to be told in front of fans - fans pay their money and the players are there to perform for the club."
Maidstone United still have a chance of pulling off a great escape. They beat Folkestone 2-0 to make it five wins from their last six games.
It means they could avoid relegation from the Ryman Premier League on the final day of the season.
Manager Jay Saunders said: "I think everyone thought we were dead and buried but we've given ourselves a hell of a chance.
"The boys have been superb.
"We'll train Thursday and get ourselves right for it and just go there and concentrate on getting three points. Whatever happens elsewhere is out of our hands."
At the other end of the table - Tonbridge Angels need just a point to secure a Ryman Premier play-off place after a 2-0 win over Hastings.
But Cray cannot make the play-offs, despite a 2-0 win over Margate.
Chatham Town made it two wins out of two at the weekend to keep alive their chances of staying up in Ryman One South. They beat Eastbourne 3-2 thanks to two late goals.
Faversham beat Sittingbourne 3-1 and Whitstable ended Ramsgate's play-off hopes with a 1-0 win.
The Kent League will go down to the final day of the season after Hythe and Herne Bay both won.
Hythe will win the title next weekend if they earn at least a draw at Tunbridge Wells.
If they fail to do so, then Herne Bay can win the league with victory at VCD Athletic.
