Man of the match Mills scored Telford's second goal
AFC Telford's lead at the top of the table was cut to one point after they were held to a draw by Eastwood Town.
Lee Stevenson made the most of a slip by Will Salmon to put Eastwood in front on 20 minutes but the hosts drew level through Andy Brown's powerful header.
Within a minute of the restart Telford took the lead when Brown's effort was blocked by keeper John Danby and Greg Mills pressed home the rebound.
But Matthew Rhead knocked in to grab a point for the visitors.
Jon Adams could have won it for Telford late on when he beat Danby but his shot was cleared off the line.
"I'm disappointed we took the lead then quickly surrendered it," Bucks boss Andy Sinton told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"But I've told the players not to be downhearted. We're unbeaten in the last 11 games, we're still top and in a fantastic position with nine to go.
"Eastwood are a good side, but we had the chances to be two up in the first half, and then let it slip when we got our noses in front so soon after the break."
Telford are now one point clear of Alfreton in the Blue Square Bet North after they won 2-1 at Guiseley, but the Derbyshire side still have three games in hand.
