Worcester City manager Carl Heeley was sent to the stand by referee Carl Dunn as his team lost at home for the second time in three days.
Lee McEvilly's 23rd minute goal decided the game, but Heeley spent the second half watching from the stand after confronting the ref at half time.
"I told the referee what I thought of him booking Asa Charlton for one of the best tackles of the season," he said.
"It was not a foul, never mind a booking and he disagreed with me."
Heeley told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "He sent me to the stands which is about the only thing he got right.
"The assessor was sitting in the stand and, if he is assessing the official's performance, he will be here until next Monday writing about it."
Worcester dominated the second half but could not find an equaliser as they lost at home again - their eighth reverse at St George's Lane this season - little more than 48 hours after losing 3-0 to Telford United on Saturday.
Heeley's men still sit 13th in Blue Square Bet North ahead of Saturday's trip to lowly Gainsborough.
