Carl Rodgers smashed in from 40 yards out before Josh Quaynor levelled.
Andy Brown restored their lead and Adam Proudlock netted his 10th of the season to seal the win before half-time.
"It's a great boost to top the league going into the new tear," Bucks boss Andy Sinton told BBC Radio Shropshire.
Telford are now a point ahead of Alfreton, who have three games in hand.

Sinton added: "Alfreton have a fixture backlog coming up, which will make it tough for them, while we've got the points in the bag."
The defeat leaves Redditch level on points with Stafford Rangers at the bottom of the league.
